The Mission Statment:
The Vahagn Setian Charitable Foundation (VSCF) is a non-profit organization focused on enriching the quality of education in the performing arts and music with scholarships, grants and other material aide for aspiring and less fortunate students.
Although Vahagn himself is no longer physically present, the Foundation will ensure that his passion for music, the arts, laughter and human joy will continue to flourish in the community he loved so dearly, and which he so greatly enriched during his tragically brief time among us.
As part of its humanitarian commitment, the VSCF will raise constant awareness of the choices that the students make; and remind them to be aware of the danger of riding with anyone they suspect of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs – especially someone they do not know.
The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) and is also classified as a public charity 509(a)(1), which makes the contributions to the Foundation tax-deductible. The Foundation’s Federal IN is #20-8057062.
